    RAD is the Washington Recovery Alliance's annual citizen action event, where we bring together hundreds of people in the recovery community from across the state to engage their lawmakers in conversations about legislative changes that would improve our behavioral health system.

By tapping into a statewide network of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses and government agencies, we make connections, build programs and advocate for issues impacting those suffering from substance use disorder and mental health challenges.
